By accessing or using StreetSketch at sketchstreets.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

StreetSketch is an AI-powered web application that generates pencil sketch illustrations from street-level imagery retrieved via Google Street View or from photographs uploaded by the user. The Service allows users to download generated sketches as digital files.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use automated tools to generate sketches at scale without prior written agreement from us.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Upload photographs of individuals without their consent, or photographs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls of the Service.

Your uploads. You retain all rights to any photographs or images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your sketch.

Generated sketches. The pencil sketches generated by the Service are produced by AI and are provided to you for personal and commercial use. You may download, print, share, and sell prints of your generated sketch. We make no claim of ownership over sketches generated from your input.

Our content. The StreetSketch name, logo, website design, and all non-user-generated content remain the intellectual property of StreetSketch. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.

Third-party content. Street View imagery is sourced from Google Maps and is subject to Google's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of Street View imagery.

Where the Service offers paid products (such as high-resolution digital downloads or framed prints), the following applies:

• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, as the product is immediately accessible upon purchase.
• For physical print orders, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a photograph of the issue.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe the claim is fraudulent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated sketches will meet your specific requirements.

AI-generated sketches are artistic interpretations and may not perfectly represent the subject property. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the generated imagery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StreetSketch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Maps (Street View imagery) and AI image generation services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
