1. What we sell

SketchStreets sells two products: a high-resolution digital download of an AI-generated pencil-style sketch of a property (priced at $12.99 USD), and a black-framed printed poster of the same artwork, fulfilled by Printful in 8×10, 11×14, or 12×16 inch sizes.

Every order starts from a free watermarked preview, so you can see the artwork before you decide to pay for either product.

2. Price and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are taken via Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your card details. Framed print orders also include a live shipping rate, quoted again immediately before payment so the price you confirm is the price you pay.

3. Digital downloads: your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content without giving a reason. That right ends as soon as we start supplying the digital content, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so.

Because you can review your watermarked preview before paying, and the paid file is delivered immediately after payment, completing checkout for a digital download is treated as your request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that your 14-day cancellation right ends once the download link is issued.

If you have a problem with the file itself (for example, it is corrupted or the wrong file), contact us at privacy@sketchstreets.com and we will fix it or refund you.

4. Framed prints: your right to cancel

For most physical goods bought online, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return the item for a refund. Because each framed print is made to order from your own uploaded photo or address, it may fall under the exemption for goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, in which case the standard change-of-mind right does not apply once production has started.

This does not affect your separate right to a replacement or refund if a framed print arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered — see the next section.

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If a framed print arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved preview, contact us at privacy@sketchstreets.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your other statutory consumer rights.

6. Delivery

Framed prints are currently shipped to Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout using live Printful shipping rates. Risk in the framed print passes to you once it is delivered to the address you provided.

7. About the artwork itself

Sketches are generated by AI from your address or uploaded photo and are an artistic, hand-drawn-style interpretation, not a precise architectural reproduction. Reasonable stylistic variation from the source photo is expected and is not a fault.

8. Your uploaded photos and content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any photo you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain illegal content. We may refuse to process or may remove content that breaches this.

9. Ownership of your finished sketch

Once you have paid, you may use your own purchased sketch for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing it yourself, gifting it, or displaying it. The underlying technology, prompts, and site content remain the property of SketchStreets.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms do not affect your other statutory consumer rights, which remain in place.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first at privacy@sketchstreets.com so we can put it right. As an EU consumer, you can also refer a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
